Shipping
We are based in Oahu, Hawaii and ship all orders directly from the island. Because Hawaii is non-contiguous, every package travels by air to reach the mainland and international destinations.
US mainland: 3 to 5 business days from your ship date. Shipping from Hawaii means everything flies to the mainland, so transit can run a day or two longer than a typical continental US shipment. This is normal and outside of our control once it leaves our hands.
International: Delivery times vary by destination. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships so you can follow it every step of the way.

Domestic US shipping is a flat $9.50 to anywhere in the country. No zone pricing, no surprises. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination.
Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days of purchase. Once your label is created, you will receive a tracking number via email. Check your spam folder if you do not see it.
Yes. We ship worldwide. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. Please note that customs fees and import duties may apply depending on your country and are the responsibility of the buyer. We are unable to predict or control these charges.
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. If you have not received it within 3 business days of your order, check your spam folder or reach out to us at info@soltideswim.com.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of your delivery date. Because of the intimate nature of swimwear, all items must be returned in completely unworn condition with the original hygiene liner still intact and unremoved. Items must be free of stains, marks, odors, pet hair, or any signs of wear or use. Items that do not meet these standards will not be accepted and will be returned at the sender's expense. We take hygiene seriously and hold firm on this policy, no exceptions.
Yes, exchanges are welcome under the same conditions as returns. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned within 14 days of delivery with the hygiene liner still in place. Please email us at info@soltideswim.com before sending anything back so we can confirm size availability.
Email us at info@soltideswim.com with your order number and reason for your return and we will send you instructions. Please do not send anything back without contacting us first as unsolicited returns will not be processed.
All sale and discounted items are final sale. No returns or exchanges. Please check your size carefully before purchasing.

Sizing
We currently carry S, M, L, and XL. XS and additional sizing options are in the works for our next run. Sign up for our emails to be the first to know when new sizes drop.

Yes. All tops and bottoms are sold individually so you can mix sizes, colors, and styles freely. Build your perfect set.
Care
Rinse in cold, fresh water after every wear, especially after the ocean or pool. Shake out any sand before rinsing and hand wash gently with a mild detergent. Lay flat to dry in the shade.
No tumble dry, no dry cleaning, and no washing machine. Machine washing and heat break down stretch fabric and elastic quickly. Hand wash only, rinse cold, and lay flat to air dry in the shade. That is it.
With proper care, your suit will stay vibrant. Rinse immediately after wearing and dry in the shade to keep colors looking fresh for longer.
